She started her legal career as the law clerk to the late Honorable Max A. Baker, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey - Atlantic County, Criminal Division.
Nancianne is a frequent lecturer on topics pertaining to ethics, criminal law, municipal court, and restraining order practice and procedure. She is a Camden County Bar Association Trustee and sits on several of its committees, including as co-chair of the Municipal Court Practice Committee. She has been named a NJ Super Lawyer "Rising Star" for the past 4 years and named as an "Awesome Attorney" by South Jersey Magazine in 2018.
