Welcome back to part 2 in this series on Mighty MERP, with Melissa Rosenblum. 🎧 We've been joined by attorney Jill Roth-Gutman, who's vast experience put her in a unique position to start her niche-law practice in New Jersey.
Jill Roth-Gutman is the Managing Attorney of Roth-Gutman Law, providing consultations on New Jersey foster care, foster-to-adopt, child welfare laws, and the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP, formerly DYFS). Jill previously spent over 13 years as a Law Guardian, an attorney appointed by the state to advocate for children in litigated DCPP cases.
